Wanda Nieves has joined as sales representative, and as previously announced, Tom Mason has joined as VP of sales. Nieves, with over 28 years of expertise in the label industry and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, excels in fostering strong client relationships.

Mason brings more than 33 years of experience in the label and packaging industries, including extensive executive leadership roles at prominent companies such as Constantia Flexibles and Topflight Corporation, where he drove growth across diverse sectors like food, beverage, and personal care. Together, the company says, their combined expertise and passion for customer collaboration bring a renewed focus on understanding customer visions, fostering satisfaction, and driving long-term growth. Their experience and dedication reinforce NextGen Label Group’s promise to overperform for its customer community, solidifying the company’s position as a customer-centric industry leader.

On the technical front, Anne Ehrenberger joins as senior technical project manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in technical and technical sales roles, including expertise in chemical engineering and R&D project leadership. Timothy Bodah joins as technical project manager with a strong foundation in chemistry and over two years of experience in product development, material testing, and process improvement. Both bring a wealth of experience in project execution, research and development, and technology innovation. By fostering cross-functional collaboration, streamlining processes, and leveraging cutting-edge advancements, they will help NextGen Label Group continually exceed customer expectations.
